Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Self check-in with keypad or lockbox.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
(Please keep outdoor conversations and music at a respectful volume)
Smoking
🚭 This is a 100% smoke-free property.
(Smoking, vaping, and the use of any recreational substances are prohibited inside the home)
Pets
🐾 Pets are permitted - only 2 allowed
(Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages or additional cleaning fees)
Parking
Free on-site parking available.
Maximum of 4 vehicles.
Please park only in designated driveway spaces.
Beach Guidelines
Shake off sand before entering the home.
Rinse beach gear using the outdoor hose.
Please do not bring wet towels or sandy items onto furniture or beds.
Fireplace & Grill
Follow all posted safety instructions.
Never leave the grill or fireplace unattended.
Ensure both are completely extinguished after use.
Kitchen
(Please treat the kitchen as your own)
Before departure
Wash dishes or start the dishwasher.
Dispose of food properly.
Clean spills promptly.
Trash & Recycling
Please throw out all garbage into pales outside
Check out time
Lock all doors and windows when leaving.
Do not tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors.
Report any maintenance issues immediately.
Damages
Please notify us immediately if anything is damaged during your stay.
Accidents happen—we appreciate honesty and will work with you to resolve any issues fairly.
